TC-ASE系列ASE宽带光源

TC-ASE系列宽带光源基于半导体激光器泵浦稀土掺杂光纤产生自发辐射光原理，结合局部光反馈控制技术制成。台式ASE光源具有输出功率髙、谱线宽、偏振度低、高功率稳定性、平均波长稳定性好等优点，可以满足传感、测试与影像等研究领域对宽带光源严格的性能要求。

LDDR-M系列多通道激光器

LDDR-M系列多通道激光器是专门为实验室、公司质检检测设计的，可同时提供16通道激光输出，通道独立电源控制，波长和功率均可调节。机箱采用标准插槽式机箱，公司提供了备用模块，方便设备维保，波长精度高、性价比高、可靠性好。

平坦型ASE宽带光源(CC+L)

ASE宽带光源模块采用增益平坦技术，C波段输出光谱平坦度优于1dB，波长范围可覆盖C/L 波段，支持功率调整平坦度保持功能，适合于光纤传感、无源器件测试等应用。可支持上位机监控，实时监测/配置模块运行状态。

可调谐激光光源(CLC+L)

可调谐激光器采用进口可调谐激光器模组，结合专业设计的驱动电路与TEC控制电保证激光器安全稳定工作。此激光器可应用于科学研究、生产测试等领域，是光器件测试的理想光源，可根据客户要求提供各种模块封装。

高速光电探测器模块

高速探测器模块是一款气密封装、高可靠性、低谐波失真的PIN探测器模块，适合用于光传输系统和高速激光信号测量。模拟带宽高，光电增益0.9 A/W，响应带宽覆盖1000~1650nm波长。模拟带宽有3GHz和14GHz两种可选，直流耦合SMA射频口输出。

多模高功率激光器

多模高功率激光光源基于高性能半导体激光芯片，采用专业设计的激光器驱动与TEC控制技术，保证激光安全稳定工作，105/125um光纤耦合输出。功率波动<1%, 光谱稳定性优于±3nm。适合应用于医学研究、光纤激光器泵浦和其他生产测试当中。根据客户要求可以提供台式，或模块式封装，提供上位机监控软件。

单模泵浦激光器

泵浦激光器模块采用进口蝶形泵浦激光器，结合专业设计的激光器驱动电路与TEC控制电路保证激光器安全稳定工作。此激光器可应用于科学研究、生产测试等领域，适合作为光纤激光器或光纤放大器的泵浦光源，可根据客户要求提供各种模块封装。

超窄线宽（1KHz）单频光纤激光器

激光器采用专有的行波腔设计，配合独有的稳频技术，使激光器保持单纵模、超低相对强度噪声和相位噪声高性能稳定输出，模块采用专有的防震降噪设计，配合稳定低噪声的控制电路，保证激光器高性能稳定运行。
